Headsets – Barking Dog + Chairs

I know this gets asked repeatedly. I don’t necessarily have a budget but would like to stay under $500 if possible.

What is the absolute best noise cancellation headsets for noises around you like a barking dog or people in the home that are loud talkers almost yelling.

I want to make sure I’m able to hear clearly and those on the other end can’t hear the noises around me.

Also looking for chair recommendations, under $300. I won’t be required to stay in my chair all day so I don’t need super fancy yet. Anything on the cheaper side thats comfortable.
