best laptop??

i’m transitioning into full time remote work. i’m an executive assistant and i’ll be doing LOTS of administrative work, spreadsheets, etc. my boss is going to buy me a new laptop, so i want to take advantage but not break his bank.

what’s the best laptop for full time remote work?? i’ll also be on the move a lot while working (my boss knows this) so something that’s good to travel with, has good battery life, etc.
