Struggling on where to start with job hunting due to limitations, looking for advice!

I’ve got so many limitations on working that i feel like i won’t be able to get a job at the moment. Does anyone know of any remote work i could do with a just a ged. I have no prior working experience which i feel makes finding remote work 10 times harder but im only 18 and can’t leave my mom home alone due to her being sick. We could use the money and i really need a job but have no clue where to even start with no experience, no degrees, AND having to stay home. Just thought someone might know where i need to start with job hunting, my mom needs me but i really don’t want this to limit my life more than it already has. It’s been hard trying to figure this out, any help would be appreciated!
