Unsure the type of job I’m looking for

So I’m in a unique position of looking for remote/hybrid work with a touch of work from anywhere. I’m based in the Seattle area but go to Australia 2-3 times a year for 1-2 months at a time. I wouldn’t need digital nomad visas for the amount of time I am abroad, so I’m looking for work as a US citizen that will allow me to work out of the country on occasion. I left my most recent job as rules were put in place that “remote” only means within US boarders. Does anyone have advice on the keywords I should be focusing on? My experience is healthcare, customer service, and recruiting. TIA
