If you are in the U.S. and have any kind of mental or physical disability (including anxiety/adhd/autism/depression/cancer/diabetes/etc) you may qualify for an ADA accommodation to be WFH.

Your job and your boss WILL NOT like this and most likely WILL NOT be educated on the topic, but that’s too dang bad, it’s our right. If your job CAN be completed remotely and you qualify as having a disabilit, you are entitled under the ADA to receive a WFH accommodation. Do not let your boss and company bullshit you. Know your rights, fight back against unessesary RTO. I’ve had this work for myself and multiple disabled friends as well. Best of luck to you all.
