Im currently resigned to my full time job due to toxic environment and boss. Resigned with no back plan.
Only company replied after 6 months of application is a startup that offers part time and pays $1000 per month, 5-6 hrs work per day, couple of meeting per week. I took it cos i dont have ang choice!
I am on my 15th day of work and the bosses are becoming very toxic, very demanding, adding a lot of tasks every meeting and always strict on deadlines.
Just today, one of the 2 bosses are being too nitpicky with work with me and even asking why I didn’t like or comment on his slack message!
I cannot take it anymore! I wanted to leave but this is the only work I have and means of income. I have small savings left but not alot.
Help? Should I leave? Every day is a struggle with them, i feel like its free labor. Low salary but more work and expected us to over deliver. Im getting very anxious every time we have a meeting.
If I leave, i dont have any back up plan. Zero work. Back to applying again. And since then, I havent gotten any offers also.
Need advise.
