We have been fully remote for a while now and our meetings have gotten rough. It doesnt matter if the cameras are on or off, most people are clearly doing something else, only the same 2 people talk, and the rest is just silence or random side comments.
We re using video calls but its not keeping people focused at all. Ive seen some people mention using visual boards or something where everyone can interact live, but not sure if that actually works or just adds more noise.
What we want:
- something simple that forces a bit more participation
- easy to jump into
- works alongside our current calls, not replacing them
What we dont want:
- heavy tools or anything too “project management”
- something that controls the whole meeting
- complicated logins/permissions
Does anyone know something that actually gets more people involved?
