Which courses to choose on coursera which offer work from home opportunities later on??

I am a stay at home mom and i am planning on doing some online courses via Coursera but before that i want to be 101% sure which certifications should i go for which are in high demand , pay well and most of all allow me to work from home.

Pleae guide me what should i do?

P.s i have a mphil degree in Biochemistry..
