Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older.
 -Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
 -Proven experience in customer service and sales.
 -Reliable computer and internet service. 
Responsibilities:
-Manage online communities, embodying each client’s unique tone of voice.
 -Perform downtime tasks as required during shifts.
 -Support team members and address their questions when appropriate.
 -Communicate important interactions and updates to the team.
 -Respond promptly to messages from team members and the team leader.
 -Proactively suggest and provide feedback on community activities.
