Recently, a London recruiter reached out to me.
Because of the time difference, scheduling one simple call turned into multiple back-and-forth emails:
“Does this time work?”
“What about tomorrow?”
“Oh, that’s too early here.”
When I mentioned this to a friend, she said she deals with the same thing constantly. She works remotely and is usually the one adjusting — staying up late almost every week to fit everyone else’s schedule.
It made me realize:
Remote work is global.
But scheduling across time zones is still manual — and often unfair.
I’m currently building a SaaS to solve this problem and doing research.
If you work across time zones:
• What tool are you using today?
• What frustrates you most about it?
• Would you pay for something that makes scheduling clearer and fairer?
Honest feedback would really help.
