The Idea of calling it “Home Office” damage this model of working?

English is not my first language, sorry for my grammar mistakes.

I will not give a full context, if I do so I will have to write a book.

But I can feel that when someone refers to remote working as “Home Office” they are truly thinking that there is some “Home” at the “Office”.

I already have a very structured office “at the address where I have my home”. But it is my sanctuary, I will not do anything at my home when I’m using my “Office”. By the other side I’m always lost when I’m in the customer office, because there is talks, interruptions, and because of the World Cup, television is turned on.

When someone says home office, appear that they are doing in a ironical way.
