Key Responsibilities

1. Contact and engage with inbound leads generated through campaigns and digital

channels

1. Perform outbound calls to prospects from provided databases

2. Clearly explain SaaS products and technology services

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

4. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospects

5. Convert leads into paying customers by effectively closing deals

7.Maintain accurate call records and update CRM with conversation outcomes

1. Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Language proficiency in English and Hindi

1-3 years of experience
