I have been working on a new feature and our initial wireframes are all over the place sketches, sticky notes, screenshots from other tools, half-formed ideas… the usual chaotic whiteboard mess. Normally, after a wireframing session, i spend hours trying to organize everything into a coherent structure grouping screens, labeling components, writing notes for devs. It’s tedious and kills the creative flow.

I started experimenting with flows to see if i could automate part of this like summarizing screens, generating a structured flow of screens components, or even making a rough outline for the dev handoff. It’s promising, but im not sure im using it right. Some outputs feel off or too generic. For anyone using flows with wireframes how do you set them up or what do u use do you have a workflow that actually turns messy boards into something your team can build from? Would love to see real examples or tips.
