I have an opportunity here and just wanted some input/opinions.
Current Remote Job:
5:30am-2:30pm
36.06/hr
Unlimited PTO
Conventional corporate benefits (401k, etc)
New Onsite Job:
7am-3:30pm (flexible, can start anytime before 9am)
50.15/hr
15 days vacation, 12 days sick time, 4 personal days
State school district benefits (pension, etc.)
15-25 minute commute
New onsite job will never have remote flexibility, should I give up remote for it? Or hang on while working remote and just keep working my way up the ladder into higher paying roles?
