Stay at home mom/ work from home

Are any stay at home moms also working from home ? What do you do? I’m trying to find something that is flexible hours wise. I’m probably being way unrealistic here. But I’m talking waking up insanely early putting in hours, putting in hours during nap time and finishing my work once my husband is home. We are really struggling financially. But I have an autistic child that has therapy throughout the week that I need to make sure I’m taking her too. I’m just trying to figure it out. Any advice appreciated! I realize im asking for a unicorn here
