What are the groups thoughts on longevity of WFH and stability of your career with respect to outsourcing work overseas?
Sometimes I feel that on site presence is less likely to be cut and outsourced, although it’s not impossible. it just seems inevitable that in the long term, companies will want to replace higher paying US employees with cheaper labor overseas considering the work can be done anywhere.
