Should I message my Manager now that she’s rejoining the company?

I’m in a bit of an awkward situation and could use some advice.
I previously worked at Company A, and my manager was laid off. After she was laid off, I started looking for another job and used her as a reference. I ended up getting hired part time by Company B.
The complication is that I’m currently still working remotely for Company A, while also working remotely for Company B.
Now I’ve found out that my former manager is rejoining Company A.
She obviously knows I worked there before, and she was the person I used as a reference for Company B. I’m worried that once she’s back, she may notice that I never actually left Company A.
My question is: Should I proactively message her before she comes back and say something, or should I just leave things as they are and see what happens?
I don’t want to unnecessarily draw attention to the situation, but I also don’t want it to look like I deliberately hid something if she eventually finds out.
What would you do in this situation?
