I am looking for a remote customer service position. My last position was a year ago and lasted only two months. I could not continue for health reasons.
Well, that was my first position after taking a career break to raise kids from 2004-2015. During that time I did a ton of volunteer work. Which I list on my resume. However, my last career position was a Recruiter from 2000-2004.
Most people say to list only 10-15 years on the resume to cut down on age discrimination. But, if that was my last “real” job. Shouldn’t I include it?
