Remote To Hybrid

Covid my Job was remote, I came a little after when we only had to come in 1 day a week. Now we have to do 3 days a week. Fine. Whatever. My issue is they hired 2 remote employees after the fact and 1 person moved out the state and works remote now so since 4 of us live “close” they forcing the 3 day thing. How is that fair? I already know to look for another job thats remote . Just sucks lol
