Managing a small remote team (5 people) and struggling with daily accountability.
We do stand-ups, but they’re focused on what people plan to do, not what they achieved.
By the end of the week, I have no clear picture of:
- What each person completed
- How much time was spent on what
- What the real outcomes were
Currently using Slack for updates, but it’s messy and gets buried.
How do you solve this? What tools/processes work for small teams without being overkill?
