We posted a job listing today for a remote US position. We got over 600 resumes in the first 8 hours of it being up.
I suppose that’s a good thing for us – a buyer’s market. But good lord it’s gonna be a slog looking for that needle in the haystack.
Clearly, remote is the way people want to work and I’m super grateful my company embraces it.
