I have 15 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise, QBO, and Xero) and a strong background in university research accounting, where I kept grants compliant and helped prepare grant proposals for multiple departments. I’m comfortable managing multi-entity books, multiple bank/credit accounts, and high transaction volume.
I focus on keeping financials clean, organized, and audit-ready. I handle categorization, reconciliations, job costing, monthly reports — and I’m happy to take on grant budget support and grant proposal preparation if needed. I also check in with clients twice a week so nothing ever slips.
