Niche remote job ideas in medicine / non profit work

Hellooo,

I have a background in medical research and looking at career options for when I move abroad from US to Europe. I have a bachelors degree and around 3-4 years experience currently in clinical research.

I’m looking for a career that is either:

Completely remote from the US

– in medicine, transplants, or research but open to other areas

-“Shift” work would be most ideal because I will be living in another country, for example 24 hour shift organ transparent services work remotely. PLS recommend any remote shift work u know of!!!

– or more asynchronous work with less meetings / more independent work

-bonus points for anything that is in an “interesting” topic area (really not into software, finance, raw numbers work)

OR

non profit work that involves field work* *(to various countries for in person work)

– flexible on the specific job as long as i can make a decent salary

– must be based in the us but I could work remotely besides field

OH also might be interested in some type of remote executive assistant or something similar
