Need urgent advice

I’ve been struggling on what to do with life, I have studies in IT, I’ve worked in customer service, I speak 4 languages and I’m really social, but I’ve never been taught how to lead my career addind those skills in my resume.

I’m not asking for job offers, I’m asking for advice on what skills should I focus on, I know I’m capable of learning anything in a little time if it’s minimally interesting so, that’s not a problem.

So kind people of Reddit, do you have any valuable advice for me, or any really needed skill I could focus in? (Been learning HCM consultant in SAP all by myself but there’s no clear studies on that)
