I’m a facilitator and offer virtual workshops and support to remote and distributed teams – these are mostly for bespoke support where I co-create an agenda with my client for brainstorming, metrics-setting, etc. But I was wondering if there are annoying challenges you face on the regular where your teams would benefit from a 1-2 hour out of-the-box refresher training, like running effective meetings, giving/receiving feedback, establishing norms around communicating with different tools. I see these as somewhat common sense in person but could slip through the cracks virtually as people run on auto-pilot. Maybe a good reminder once a year or so. Anyway, would you ever have your teams do something like this? What kind of issues are the biggest pain points?
