Manager Demanded RTO > Early Retirement

I am disabled. My manager called me in a week ago and told me he doesn’t think I need a hybrid schedule any longer and to RTO. Half the building is hybrid, but he doesn’t allow it. I informed him that I had submitted two MD letters with the remote request in 2023. He said that he never submitted the MD letters to Compliance and instead submitted it for a simple hybrid schedule, which he thinks I no longer need. He made himself the sole arbiter of my accommodations by not submitting it to Compliance. I had to accept an early retirement package, because I’m not able to be in the office 45 hours, and I am not financially prepared to retire.
