Lost in the remote job world, looking for advice.

Hello everyone. I see many posts of people in their 20s lost but I am almost 40 and I find myself in a similar situation.

My life has changed recently and I need to focus on working remotely which I am finding really hard. My background is in sales/retail/insurance and I want to move away from that. I have a degree in history of art and studies in tourism, although I never worked in something connected to that.

Would you recommend studying something specific to get a remote job or what would be the best way to get a remote work away from sales?
