Looking for niche remote roles

Hi! I’m chronically ill and neurodivergent. I’m also a US citizen who has lived most of their life abroad. I got laid off from my copyediting job over a year ago, and I’ve been struggling to find steady work since. I was a copyeditor at a marketing agency, and now most of what I do (editing, writing, translation, transcription) has been taken over by AI. I’m looking for a niche field that isn’t at risk of being taken over by AI anytime soon. If a short certification or course are required in order to be hired, I’ll try my best to scrap the money together to do that. Would really appreciate any help.
