I’ve being looking to get hired in a remote position but being Nigerian is restricting me

I have being applying for csr jobs, I even did an interview yesterday for a US company. I thought I had it this time. But I just got an email now that I am under-experienced. Like what do they mean by that? And no, I am not underexperienced. I need help. I know there are Nigerians that have gotten csr jobs and are earning better than Nigerian-paid jobs
