Is this job a scam? BluLabs

I got this email from this company Blulabs, the pay seemed to good to be true but Idk. They grabbed my resume from workable and contacted me via email. This was for an interview, its remote position and the interview was over Microsoft Teams messaging. The next day I get a phone call saying I got the position, and then later on they emailed me an offer. I love the pay but idk I feel skeptical about it.

Has anyone heard of this company before? Is this a scam? I don’t if it is or if its a common thing? What are your thoughts?
