I’ve followed this sub for a while and seen so many ‘all the applications are read by AI and even the interviews are AI’ posts. Until now, I’ve been completely sheltered from it. Now, this well paying job that I’m qualified for reviews the CV with AI and has an AI interview.
This is the job posting – https://jobs.micro1.ai/post/cf2fa0bb-3018-4262-8903-90c844ab3c8f?referralCode=463495f6-7cc6-49ed-8e8f-5ef2a1cc3fd7
This is the trustpilot – https://www.trustpilot.com/review/micro1.ai 4.7 stars so the company seems legit.
These are the interview instructions:
Your next step is to complete your AI interview with our AI recruiter. It’s a conversational way for us to understand your experience, motivation, and fit for the role.
Here’s what to expect:
- Format: AI Interview + Exercise
- Estimated duration: up to 53 minutes
- Focus areas: Social & Community Service Management Domain Expertise, Case Study / Scenario Analysis & Critical Thinking, AI Training Evaluation (SME Feedback & Data Quality), Ethics, Confidentiality, and Regulatory Awareness in Social Services, Communication & Remote Collaboration (Digital Tools)
- Last date to complete: Mar 24, 2026 04:41 am
Any tips?
I’m planning to approach it in a very relaxed way, talking to it like it’s a human with an ability to gauge character as well as skills. Is that a mistake? Is it better to try and game the system by saying all the right buzzwords? What a strange world we live in!
