I have a question

I’m already working on several accounts like Pero and OneForma, and now there’s a new account for me called Milky that I’ll be working on with someone else. I wanted to ask if Milky account is really stricter, like people say — meaning that every small detail needs a comment, very detailed explanations, close follow-up, and strict reviewing — or is it actually simple like Pero and OneForma? In Pero and OneForma, if comments are not mandatory, I usually skip them. And if I do write a comment, it’s very short and simple — I don’t explain the full reasoning behind the result. I usually just mention the correct address, the correct name, or add the pin, without detailed explanation. Is this acceptable on the Milky account, or not? Also, if I answer something wrong — for example, I mark an address as incorrect but don’t clearly explain what exactly is wrong, or if I make a relevance mistake — does that significantly affect quality? And could repeated mistakes lead to penalties or account suspension, or does it take many errors for that to happen ?
