Hyderabad small business owners — what problems are you actually dealing with day to day?

I’m based in Hyderabad and trying to understand the real, on-ground problems that small business owners here face — not from reports or articles, but directly from people running shops, services, startups, or local businesses.

This is not a sales post and I’m not here to pitch anything.

I’m genuinely interested in listening and learning:

• What takes up most of your time but shouldn’t? • Where do things break — operations, customers, payments, tech, hiring, marketing, compliance, etc.? • What feels unnecessarily complicated or expensive? • What kind of help would actually make a difference (even small improvements)? 

You don’t have to share sensitive details — even general pain points are helpful.

My goal right now is to understand patterns and see where practical, low-cost solutions could help local businesses. If nothing else, this can be a space to openly talk about challenges specific to Hyderabad.
