How to get a truly legitimate WFH job

I am a Paralegal in some sense. I have an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies. I have worked as a non litigation paralegal at the same firm for over 10 years. Management is misguided. They think anyone below an attorney is screwing around and doing nothing all day. WFH is forbidden. I got screamed at in front of all of my colleagues and my job was threatened for something someone else said merely because I started the conversation asking a work related question to my colleagues.

I currently make $80K base with a yearly bonus of approximately $20k.

I have a husband, an elementary aged daughter and two teenage step children. I would love to find a legitimate WFH job or even semi hybrid job with a similar salary base. Do these jobs even exist?
