How did you find your remote job?

I’ve had two previous WFH positions and they were great. It was wonderful for my mental health and beneficial to be home with my kids if they were sick. I’m looking again for a remote position after 4.5 years in office and I am struggling trying to find something.

Any suggestions where to look? What companies are more trustworthy than others?
