Help needed on Outlier logging in: is it always this arcane?

Hey, I’ve been logged with Outlier for over a year, with no assignments, and all of a sudden out of the blue I get invited to join the Multimango project. Are experienced Outlier users able to navigate the murky waters of actually signing on for a job? I’ve been asked to create a Multimango account three times now, then all I get is a blank page. The tech backup is somewhat useless, and the spreadsheet links don’t connect to a page either.. Honestly, I would love to work for Outlier, but it’s such a hassle to even sign on. Anybody had the same experiences? Any clues for how to speak to an actual tech person?
