There is a glut of AI training roles for Ai labs, My question is why would anyone agree to work for a place where you essentially are giving them creative license to do whatever they want with your original work product/ideas and then you can’t use that original work ever again since it’s the AI labs property and not yours? What has been your experience working for these AI labs that train AI models?
