I just found this community and I’m wondering if this type of question is allowed, apologies if not.
I found myself in a surprise remote position during COVID, and it never made financial sense for the company to bring us back in. Here we are 5 years later and I still have yet to form good habits. I’m successful in my position, but I struggle with energy levels and boundaries for example.
What are your tips for taking care of yourself and being successful both at work and at home?
