Huge respect for this guy saying that. He disclosed he has a bias for being in the office but related that for the industries that have been studied, the data suggests that people are slightly more productive.
This is a sextegenarian former CEO of what during his tenure was the undisputed #1 tech company (or if you want to debate this let’s say top 5 at least – not the point).
