For those who have husbands who WFH? What field/industry? is it flexible, good work life balance? do you find that its a reliable stable income? trying to get some research/ possible fields for husband to apply to (no specific ones at this point- open to change of previous industries (hr/benefits)

Hi everyone, my husband is trying to find a remote opportunity, that can give him the flexibility to thrive at a job he can scale and would allow him to also be present for our family, but also be able to gain a sizable income to support our family. He has been applying but with no luck, just trying to see what jobs may be out there, that may be aligned with this, he is very open to any industry that would have these goals. However, now with ghost jobs in indeed and linked in, it’s very disheartening.
