How do you stick to it? It’s so easy for me to fall back down on my pillow and not get up until I have to for work.
I used to get up to exercise every morning 6am but my schedule changed. My body is also not as ready to be thrown into action first thing in the morning back like it was then either.
Edit: I’ve been going to bed at 9:30.
