Ex-Social Media Buyers, what do you do now?

I’m currently working as a Social Media Buyer and I don’t enjoy it anymore. I’m looking for other jobs, but my only career job has been media buying. I have over a decade of retail experience and did the server thing for a while, but I have no idea what I want to do next. I’m open to not working from home for my next job, but I’m just lost. What job titles should I search for? If you’re an ex-media buyer and do something else, what is it and how did you find your way there? I want a job that isn’t going to be stressful like working at an agency can be. I feel anxious all the time and I feel like I can never truly enjoy my weekends because I’m constantly thinking about all the work waiting for me on Monday mornings. I’ve worked at big agencies and small agencies and I just don’t think it’s for me.
