We’ve posted previously and have already moved forward with some candidates. Now we’re expanding and looking to bring in additional skilled individual developers and designers (not agencies) for long-term collaboration across multiple sectors.

Roles needed

1. WordPress Elementor/Blocksy developer
2. Crypto / Web3 developer
3. React & React Native developer
4. Workflow automation developer (Python and related tools)
5. Web designers (for simple mockups and design handoffs to developers)

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of real projects with working URLs (no mockups, no fake sites, except for designer roles where mockups are relevant).
• Clear and responsive communication in English.
• Reliability – deliver on time, respond quickly, and work without micromanagement.
• Transparency – be upfront about what you can and cannot do.
• Proactive approach – ask questions when needed, don’t stay silent.
• Accessibility compliance for all web projects (must follow accessibility standards).

Do NOT apply if

• You are an agency or plan to outsource the work.
• You cannot provide a real, verifiable portfolio.
• You are outside our budget range.
• You rely on fake promises, inflated pricing, or deceptive practices.

Budget

• WordPress Elementor websites: 100 – 600 USD (depending on scope and complexity).
• Simple website design mockups for developers: 50 – 100 USD.
• Other roles/projects: individual agreements apply.
