Considering moving office from 1 of my 3 bedrooms and into the “ basement”

So I live in an inner unit 3/2.5 townhouse. Right now I’m using 1 of the 2 bedrooms as my office the others are the primary and then guest/library. The bedrooms are on the top floor. I’m considering finishing out the basement (nothing too big) since there’s drywall already. All I need to do is paint and put flooring down.

I do like what I have going right now but I’m hoping to upgrade my WFH setup to a new l shaped desk and an ultra wide monitor.

Has anyone else moved their office from the top floor to their basement (I have windows and a sliding door)? What are your suggestions and thoughts?
