I was lucky enough after a grueling search to receive two job offers this week! One is hybrid that only requires one day in office. The other is 100% in person with a 15 minute commute. The hy rid/remote position pays 10k less. I’m leaning more towards the hybrid/remote. Are the benefits of working from home worth 10k less per tax?
