I WFH now and move a lot less. I have a rising desk and I’ve considered getting a walking pad to get more steps in. It sounds good in theory, but does it actually work well for people? Can you read on your monitors? Type? Do you stumble or fall?

I never read while on the treadmill or elliptical at the gym. If anything, I’m watching videos so the above questions have held me back from purchasing a walking pad.
