Applied to over 50+ jobs and I am qualified, yet I either get ghosted, a 15 minute screening interview, or “unfortunately…” I don’t understand why when I have the qualifications that I applied for and even ATS each resume for each role. Literally 😞😫😭 (I am a revenue cycle specialist/ EHR specialist) I feel hopeless. 😩
