Anybody worked or gone through interview process for SmartWorking.io ??

Has anybody gone through the recruitment process for SmartWorking solutions?? They claim to be Uk based company and allow full remote work. Their interview process is a little different. They have asked me to share a video introducing myself. Now they are asking me to sign a document – asking my consent for time tracking software usage on company laptop which I will receive if I get selected.
