The comms have been shared with the staff, supposedly this is company wide across all countries. A huge kick in the teeth for staff that have grafted through difficult times, especially while petrol costs are so high. It’s going through the unions but we all know they can’t do anything.
So the big question – is this in the hope lots of staff will leave to downsize the operation or just simply for more control due to bad managers?
