advice/recommendations on work from home careers?

I was wondering what kind of career I could realistically pursue based on the following criteria:

1. must be in demand/wont get replaced by AI or anything any time soon

2. minimal to no phone interaction

3. no advanced math required

4. no college degree required but im willing to get a certificate or something similar that takes about 1 year to get more or less

My only work experience is factory labour related to food and HVAC helper and i don’t want to do anything that has to do with that.

Some things that might be worth mentioning: i can do video editing and graphic design at a beginner level, i can speak English and French fluently and i have a certificate in entrepreneurship and digital marketing if that changes anything.
